Texas Foundation Guide (the "Site") is operated by Heritage Legacy LLC. We are a referral service that connects Texas homeowners with independent local foundation repair specialists. We are not a foundation repair contractor, and we do not perform inspections or repairs ourselves.
When you submit a request through our Site, we connect you with one or more independent foundation repair specialists in our network. If you choose to hire a specialist you were connected with, that contractor may pay us a referral fee or lead fee.
This compensation is paid by the contractor, not by you. It does not increase the price you pay for any inspection or repair. You are under no obligation to hire any specialist we connect you with, and your inspection is free regardless of whether you move forward.
This is a "material connection" under the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines, and we disclose it so you can weigh our recommendations with full knowledge of how we are paid.
We do not independently verify a specialist's licensing, insurance, or experience before connecting you with them. Texas doesn't issue a state-level license for this trade in the first place, so verification is something you'll need to do yourself, directly with any specialist before you hire them.
