Texas Foundation Guide is a free referral service. We connect Texas homeowners with independent, licensed foundation repair specialists. We are not a foundation repair contractor, we do not perform inspections or repairs, and we do not employ the contractors in our network.

Any inspection, quote, contract, or repair work arranged through our Site is solely between you and the independent contractor. We are not a party to that relationship. We do not supervise, direct, or control the contractors, and we do not guarantee or warrant their work, pricing, licensing, insurance, conduct, or results.
You are responsible for performing your own due diligence before hiring any contractor, including verifying licensing and insurance, reviewing references, obtaining multiple quotes, and carefully reading any contract before signing.
We may receive a referral fee from a contractor if you hire them after we connect you. This is described in full in our Advertising & Referral Disclosure. Our service remains free to you.
By submitting a request, you authorize us and the specialists we connect you with to contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding your inquiry, including at the number and address you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of communications at any time.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Heritage Legacy LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
